To reply to you, to provide our services, to meet our legal obligations and to keep records secure. We do not sell personal information, and we use a client's records only to serve that client.

Each client's records are kept separately, access is limited to the people working on them, and every entry is reviewed.
How long we keep it
Enquiries for as long as it takes to deal with them. Client records for the length of the engagement, and after that for as long as the law requires.
